FAQS

FAQ'S

  • WHAT DO I DO WHEN I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT?

Firstly, call the police. A police officer can help determine whose at fault for the accident and will document the incident with a police report. This will help solve any questions that your insurance may have regarding the accident. Secondly, write down the names, phone numbers, license plates and insurance information of all the parties involved. If there are witnesses, include their names and phone numbers as well. Then notify the officer in charge that you would like to choose the company who will tow your car. Isaak Auto Body can then take care of all of your towing and repair needs. Finally, contact your insurance company and let them know what happened and inform them of where you want your car repaired.

  • WHAT MAKES ISAAK AUTO BODY DIFFERENT FROM THEIR COMPETITION?

All of us at Isaak Auto Body, Inc., understand that quality is the cornerstone of our success and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are always satisfied with our pride in service and professionalism.

  • DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE REPAIR SHOP MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDS OR CAN IT TAKE IT TO ISAAK AUTO BODY?

Only YOU have the right to choose where your car gets repaired. Always remember that this is your car, not the insurance company's vehicle. Many insurance companies attempt to steer repairs to a direct repair provider (DRP). DRP shops are preferred by insurance companies only because they usually offer discounts to the insurance companies under contracts. Just remember to choose a reputable shop that you feel most comfortable with. Any reputable shop will stand behind their repairs and will offer a warranty on their work.

  • DO I HAVE TO GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?

No. There is no law requiring you to get more than one estimate. Simply inform your insurance company of your decision. If your insurance company still demands more than one estimate, simply contact the repair facility of your choice and they can directly communicate with the insurance company concerning your repair. Most insurance companies are willing to cooperate with any reputable repair facility.
